Revista IDeAS is pleased to publish another interview of our special series that aims to promote dialogue with researchers who are dedicated to studies on the rural world in its multiple interfaces. Our guest is Maria José Teixeira Carneiro, a collaborating professor at the Graduate Program in Social Sciences in Development, Agriculture and Society, at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (CPDA/UFRRJ). In this conversation, Maria José Carneiro talks about her personal, academic, and professional trajectory. She also talks about how gender issues were introduced in her life and in CPDA.
